One day, a parent may make the choice to not to vaccinate their child. Regardless of the reason, this poses a severe threat to their child, not just medically but socially too. This also puts the public’s health at risk. A doctor may feel that they are being put into an ethically moral gray area when having to make a decision about what to do in this situation.
